I tried booking through the site, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Compared to other places where you pick a time and get a clear confirmation right away, this had me second-guessing whether my slot was even booked. After clicking around for a while and not feeling sure about anything, I just gave up.

Went to BattleKart with a few friends i was really impressed with how clean everything was. The karts, helmets, and waiting area all looked well taken care of, and there were no weird smells or sticky floors, which customers definitely appreciate. I also noticed the staff cleaning things between groups, so it felt like they actually cared. It made the whole experience way more relaxed and fun. 5 stars from me.

Am I the only one who had a good time but still felt like the whole thing was a little rushed? The racing itself was definitely competitive and fun, but the staff seemed to be hurrying everyone along the entire time. Also, the karts felt kind of glitchy at points, which took away from the experience a bit.

I had a good time overall, but the karts felt a little slower than I expected. I thought they’d have more kick, especially on the straight parts of the track. The game elements still made it fun, but I kept wishing the karts had a bit more punch. Did anyone else feel the same way, or was it just me?

The karting itself was good fun and we did enjoy the time on the track. That said, check-in was frustrating. We’d already booked, but still ended up waiting around for ages without much information about what was happening. The staff were friendly enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just felt like the organisation could be a lot better.

I had a good time, but the session felt like it ended just when I was getting into it. For the price, I expected it to last longer. It was still okay overall, but I left feeling a bit like, really, that’s it?

This kart was a blast. Super quick. Corners way better than I thought. No lag. No weird problems. Just fun to drive around.

The food was decent, the drinks were cold, and the prices were fair. I just wish they had a few more snack choices because I got impatient looking at the menu and not finding much to grab.

I was fully expecting to be stuck waiting forever because it was so busy, but nope, we got in quick! The wait was way shorter than I thought it would be, and the staff were seriously on top of everything. Like, how were they moving things along that smoothly with that many people there? I was way more impressed than I expected to be. Really happy with the whole experience.

My kids had a great time and were already asking to do it again, which was nice to see. At first I was thinking, okay, this is a cool idea. But then the wait just kept dragging on longer than we expected, and the staff seemed kind of rushed, so my excitement definitely dropped off a bit. Overall, fun concept, just wish it had gone a little smoother.

The briefing was one of those things I didn’t think much about at first, but it made a big difference once we actually started playing. It was clear, didn’t drag on forever, and covered the stuff we actually needed to know. Also, random side note, we were first timers and I was expecting to feel totally lost, but the staff made sure everyone understood before we got going. So instead of standing there confused, we could just get into it and have fun.

I was disappointed because the kart barely turned for me. It made the whole experience feel frustrating instead of fun, and I just couldn’t really enjoy the ride the way I expected to.

Battlekart was genuinely a fun experience and the idea behind it is really cool. The staff seemed nice and were doing their best, but some of the instructions weren’t very clear, which made the whole visit feel a bit messy at times. The karting itself was good once we got going, but there was more waiting around than I expected. I’d probably go again with friends because it is a laugh, but for the price, it feels fair to expect things to be a bit more organised and easier for everyone.

BattleKart itself was actually a lot of fun, and I liked the concept. The only downside was the staff experience. We felt rushed when we tried to ask questions, and one employee seemed irritated the whole time. I get that places get busy, but a little patience and basic courtesy would go a long way. It wasn’t a terrible visit, but the service definitely needs some work

I wanted to like it. The idea is definitely fun, and at first I was excited. But once I got going... yeah, the track just wasn’t my thing. Too many tight spots, awkward corners, little sections where it felt less like racing and more like trying not to get stuck. Maybe it’s better if you’re into that kind of layout. For me, though, I left feeling kind of disappointed

The projection was way too dim, and it made a few turns really confusing. I feel stupid for trusting them when I needed clear directions, because it just wasn’t bright enough to rely on.

I know some people might think it’s a bit much, but i feel like it was worth the money. I’ve used it enough to say I’m happy with what I got, and I don’t regret buying it at all.

Right away, I could tell the karts and gear were in really good shape. Nothing felt worn out or sketchy, and even the helmets were clean, which I noticed immediately. It made the whole experience feel smoother and way more fun. Easy yes from me, I’d definitely go again.

The staff did try to help, which I appreciated, but it was still annoying. I think I would’ve felt better if someone had reassured us a bit more that it was being properly fixed or that we’d get a smooth run after the issues

I went to battlekart with a few friends, the augmented reality stuff was really cool when it worked smoothly. Seeing the track and power-ups pop up while racing made it feel way more exciting than regular karting. That said, there were a few moments where the AR felt a bit laggy or not totally accurate, and after a couple of those glitches, I started trusting it a little less during the race. It didn’t ruin the experience or anything, and we still had a great time overall, but it did stop it from feeling completely seamless...
